Haven’t been on this for aggggeeees
Going to run tomorrow, keep saying it but tomorrow I am. Hope it is a nice day. And I am going to put together an awesome daily work out and go to the fruit and veg shop and get loads of fresh stuff or maybe just the supermarkert, thats a longer walk.
Sooo pumped. Hope the motivation stays. :)
I was starting my 5K training plan this week and yesterday I managed to fall down the stairs and sprain my ankle!!! I’m so mad at myself. If I wasn’t daydreaming it wouldn’t have happened!
Going to really work at the gym today!
Finding it hard to find time to chill and just read my book. When i get home from work I’m knackered and wouldn’t be able to concentrate, so the most i get is the 20 mins on the bus. Its going to take me yonks to get through it!
